    Sing It Girls™ is a one of a kind group program for girls ages 7-15 that uses singing, breathing exercises, and movement to build confidence and promote self care. It provides a fun space for girls to develop skills for working through worry and anxiety that they can take with them in to their every day lives.

    By building a strong, confident voice with others in the group, girls can take that strong, confident voice with them out in to the world.

    In this group, girls will:

    • develop healthy, strong voices through singing techniques

    • learn breathing techniques to help with stressful situations

    • sing familiar songs and create new songs with the group

    • have fun while nurturing their love of music.

  • Music Wellness Consultation

    We are excited to offer individual and group consultations around using music and its elements for your wellness and self-care.

    This program is ideal for adult corporate and community groups with team skill building, stress management, and general health goals in mind. Available virtually via Zoom and in-person when available!

    Whats included?

    • Wellness resource package (includes workshop booklet and various wellness resources),

    • Presentation of stress responses and management strategies,

    • Meaningful and interactive discussion,

    • Music experience, and

    • The creation of an individualized or group wellness plan.

    A program to support dementia patients and residents in LTC and residential care through the medium of therapeutic music activities and directives. This program can be facilitated by recreation therapists, certified music therapists, care workers, care partners, and anyone supporting an individual living with a dementia diagnosis.

    Music Buddies is a therapeutic music session for infants (aged 0 - 3yrs) in dyads with a parent/guardian to foster connection and bonding, child development, encourage socialization, and emotional expression.

    Programme Benefits:

    • Engaging in musical activity releases hormones that signal connection and bonding between caregiver and baby.

    • Music therapy goals can be tailored to access and compliment child development markers/indicators.

    • Exposing infants to music can help with speech development, language, comprehension, and concept learning.

    Compassionate Carers is a music therapy & wellness group for caregivers and helping professionals to connect with one another through shared experience. A safe, brave, and inclusive space will be provided by the therapist for self-expression, grief, emotional support, catharsis, and self-care exercises.

    FemJam is a music wellness group for adolescent girls (aged 9 - 18) to connect with one another through shared experience. Common group topics may include (but are not limited to): self-identity, anxiety, stress, peer pressure, bullying, emotional development, attachment styles/relationships, body safety, consent, etc.

    Programme Benefits:

    • Reduced feelings of isolation in adolescent experience.

    • Creative support from peers and opportunities to be express emotions in a safe environment.

    • Engaging in musical activity with others releases hormones that increase positive mood and affect.

    • Transferable skills and stress management tools.
