The Synergy Story
Synergy Music Therapy & Wellness Services was co-founded in June 2021 by board-certified music therapists Hayley Francis Cann and Kimberly Dolan. Synergy MT began offering services in only two locations and has since expanded, with four locations across Bermuda & Canada (Kingston,ON; Hamilton,ON; and Montreal,QC). In alignment with a multi-passionate framework, Hayley and Kim have welcomed a growing clinical and non-clinical team of dedicated individuals; ensuring room to grow and develop skills within each role.
Synergy MT provides high quality music therapy services, wellness resources, and professional development opportunities for music therapists, interdisciplinary professionals and community members. To ensure alignment with this purpose, Hayley and Kim developed the A.C.I.C. Model to assess authenticity, company culture, copy and impact. (Scroll down to read more about our core pillars).
Under the umbrella of Synergy MT, Hayley and Kim co-host a podcast called the Able Voice Podcast, have collections of music therapy stickers in collaboration with Serenity Creative Agency, offer Sing It Girls™ programs, and create a range of advocacy tools and helpful resources for the music therapy community at large.
